Textures.

 Photos of textures, using lighting to bring out the detailing.

These photos have been successful, some more than others.

These photos have been great for me to draw. I have found out that I am best at drawing with pencil and graphite and drawing detailed areas.

I need to do alot more drawings using this technique, in my sketchbook and on A2/A3 paper.

I also need to start developing these photos into my machine embroidery workshops. Creating textures using stitch.
