Influences for colour stripes.

Kate Elliot (right) Uses a dripping technique which creates a messy stripe, breaking up the straight line of colours.

She also uses really bright colours and even though I wouldnt want to use colours this bright, I could include hints of them to lift the colours in my knit samples.

Viriginia Davies - Here she has cut up pieces of weave and placed them together to create stripe. I like this way of separating colours and presenting them in a different way.
